Claude Team pricing: Standard vs Premium seats

A Claude Team seat costs $25 a month (Standard) or $125 a month (Premium) if you pay month to month. The lower prices you often see, $20 and $100, only apply if you commit to a year. Both seats include Claude Code, and Premium gives five times the usage. Teams need 2 to 150 seats.

Paying monthly costs 25% more, but you are not locked in for a year. A good pattern: start monthly while the team tries Claude Code, then switch to yearly once you know who needs which seat.
The team shares up to $500 a month in pooled API credits. Each person's usage comes from their own seat, which resets on a five-hour window and a weekly window and is shared with Claude chat.

Anthropic does not publish how much a Standard seat holds beyond “more than Pro”. We treat it as equal to Pro, so these picks lean cautious. Run your own team's numbers.
Controls for admins
When a member reaches their seat's limit, admins can let them keep going with usage credits, billed at API rates. Spend limits can be set for the whole organization, for groups, or for each member, and the spend report shows estimated spend per person and per model.
